The loads delivered to the İzmir region will be collected at a center to be established in a location where the highway, road and railway intersect for distribution into the whole world without creating a problem in the city. All activities related to national and international transportation and the distribution of logistic goods will be carried out by various enterprises and will be integrated with all transportation systems in Kemalpaşa Logistics Center which is planned to be completed in 2 phases over a total area of 2.707.000 m2; the 1st stage amounting to 1.200.000 m2 has been completed by our company and the 2nd phase is ongoing. The 2nd phase of Kemalpaşa Logistics Center includes,

- Reinforced Concrete Products (Retaining and Walls, Open Channels, Box Culverts)
- Underground Drainage Manufacturing
- Surface drainage production
- Grounding Wall Products
- Peripheral Road, Lighting and Fire Installation Manufacturing

- Railway Infrastructure
- Transformer Building
- Water Depot Building
